1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Ikhambo Getaway Planners website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices quoted are per person sharing unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the full balance due before the departure date.
All bookings are made in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the type of booking and timing:

60+ days before departure: Full refund less administration fee.
30-59 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost.
Less than 30 days: No refund will be issued.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

4. Membership Packages

Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Members may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.
Benefits are subject to change and will be communicated to members in advance.

5. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Ikhambo Getaway Planners is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate or invalid travel documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ikhambo Getaway Planners acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators). We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from the use of these third-party services. We recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ikhambo Getaway Planners and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
